Enrolling at Nursery

Once you have decided that you would like your child/ren to attend Windmill Day Nursery you will need to contact us to check we have the availability.

You can do this by calling in to see us, our address is 6 Church Road, Thornton Cleveleys, FY5 2TZ(we are opposite the medical centre)

Once you know we have the availability you will need to complete a registration form and hand it into the manager with a deposit to secure your childs place.

On receipt of the above we will contact to set up your childs first induction.
